Bylaws are  rules applying to members which generally deal with internal and administrative matters of the Boroondara Netball Association. The Bylaws are made under the Constitution. Accordingly, the Bylaws are subordinate to the Constitution and should be consistent with the Constitution.

Whereas the Constitution may only be altered at the Annual General Meeting of the Association under specific conditions, Bylaws may be updated or added by the Management Committee when matters arise in relation to the day to day operations of our netball competition, allowing us to resolve and avoid many issues and grievances.

Our bylaws clearly outline the requirements of all clubs, teams and individuals, as members of the Boroondara Netball Association, along with the penalties for any breaches of these bylaws. 

Where the bylaws are silent on any issue, the committee will meet and discuss and the appropriate bylaw to be added.
